【Blogger轉載】海馬仔食譜—蜜糖小蛋糕

之前分享過海馬仔一氣過食哂我剛出爐的小蛋糕…登登登登…就係「蜜糖小蛋糕」啦!材料簡單,做法都唔難,你都試下整啦~

材料(約16粒):

低筋麵粉 35g
蜜糖 8g
雞蛋 1隻
砂糖 15g
無鹽牛油 15g
做法:
1. 用熱水坐溶牛油
2. 將糖、雞蛋、蜜糖坐熱水,用打蛋機發起至淡黃色蓬鬆泡沫

3. 低筋麵粉過篩2次後,加入蛋糊內輕輕攪拌好

4. 最後加入牛油攪拌好,放入小杯8成滿

5. 放入焗爐以160度焗約12-14分鐘即可
